Reset the Printer

1. After turn on the printer, unplug the power cord from the outset.
2. Plug the power cord back into the outset waiting for 15 seconds.
3. Turn on the printer, and then check if the paper can be feed when it is printing normally.
Check the Paper Condition
The paper condition is the main factor that causes the printer keeps saying out of paper. If the paper is in poor condition, your HP printer maybe say out of paper which lead to not start printing process. So, you need to check if the paper is properly place in the tray.
- Replace any ripped, dusty, wrinkled, or bent paper in the tray.

Update the Printer Driver

7. Select Automatic option in the Startup type and then click OK.
